All our case managers have a health and social care qualification, for example, occupational therapy, social work, nursing, physiotherapy, clinical psychology. All case managers are registered with their professional regulatory body. When registered with their regulatory body this confirms that the case manager has been assessed as meeting their standards for training, professional skills and behaviour.
