‘Lift off!’ to a great conference attended by one of our case managers, Mary Hopkinson.
Mary attended the Brain Injury Group Cerebral Palsy Conference on January 17th 2024, held at the incredible National Space Centre venue in Leicester.
Speakers from a variety of backgrounds gave talks on topics such as breach of duty/causation and supporting clients with education health care plans. Given Mary’s previous career as a health visitor, she particularly enjoyed the legal update on cerebral palsy cases provided by Richard Baker KC and the breach of duty/causation-neonatal provided by Kevin Ives.
Refreshments were served in the magnificent rocket tower where every 30 minutes, Thor simulated take off!
